Natural Heaven Pasta Sampling Demo

Mariano Events is seeking enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassadors to represent Natural Heaven Hearts of Palm pasta. You will engage with customers by sampling this delicious pasta, prepared with a pasta sauce using a convenient kettle cooker, and served in souffle cups. Multiple locations are available in this area.

This role involves 3-hour demonstrations, primarily scheduled from Thursday to Sunday. The compensation is highly competitive at $28 per hour.

We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals who are passionate about events, promotions, and in-store demonstrations. Successful candidates will be professional, well-spoken, reliable, and self-motivated, possessing strong verbal communication skills. Ambassadors should be comfortable cooking or preparing products on-site and able to commit to working multiple events. To ensure your success and product expertise, participation in our online training and product education is required.

• Must be outgoing, professional, reliable, and motivated
• Comfortable engaging with consumers, speaking in front of crowds, and interacting with clients
• 1-2 years of promotional and/or tradeshow experience
• Must possess a reliable form of transportation to event locations
• Ability to lift 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Arriving on time for all scheduled events
• Retaining brand knowledge through training calls and presentations, and effectively communicating key message points to consumers
• Attracting, interacting with, and encouraging consumer participation
• Directing consumers to the various products being sampled
• Distributing premiums and maintaining an accurate inventory of sampled products
• Collecting feedback from every target consumer sampling the product
• Setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the event space efficiently
• Adhering to standard food safety rules and maintaining the cleanliness of the event area
• Communicating effectively with Supervisor/Manager regarding all urgent matters during events
• Adhering to the uniform policy
