About This Role

From an entry-level position to a specialist that is passionate about quality and providing the best experience to our customers:

Responsibilities (but not limited to):
  • Execute merchandising initiatives in assigned stores including stocking, rotating, and pricing products.
  • Maintain planogram integrity and adjust product facings as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with store personnel.
  • Monitor and report on product availability, condition, and competitor activities.
  • Place, remove and maintain Point of Sale materials.
  • Meet client expectations regarding retail sales and in-store promotions.
  • Increase brand awareness.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Complete accurate and timely reporting.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of merchandising or retail experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Knowledge of the functional beverage market is a plus.
