Overview
EcoFlow is excited to introduce its cutting-edge portable power and solar products to Costco. We are on the lookout for dynamic Brand Ambassadors who thrive in energetic environments. As a pivotal part of our 10-day in-store roadshow, your goal is to actively engage shoppers, drive sales, and educate them on the value of EcoFlow products.
Key Responsibilities
As a Brand Ambassador, you will:
- Proactively initiate friendly conversations with shoppers to spark interest and facilitate sales.
- Deliver confident and persuasive product demonstrations, showcasing EcoFlow's innovative features.
- Guide customers through their inquiries, sharing key benefits, and helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain an energetic and welcoming presence to maximize traffic and conversion rates.
- Assist with product setup, restocking, and light teardown to ensure smooth operations.
Schedule & Pay Information
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour
Setup Dates:
Thursday, October 2nd – 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM
(plus optional morning setup on Friday)
Roadshow Dates:
Friday, October 3rd – Sunday, October 12th (10 consecutive days)
Ambassadors will work in shifts, and do not need to be available for every shift. Karma will staff 2-3 Brand Ambassadors per roadshow to cover all shifts across the 10 days.
Dress Code & Transportation
Uniform Provided: EcoFlow shirt (subject to availability)
You Provide: Clean black pants and closed-toe shoes
Transport: Personal transportation is required for all shifts, including setup and teardown.

Requirements
- • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
