Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Brand Ambassador Jobs ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information. Please review it carefully.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Use of Platform

Brand Ambassador Jobs provides a platform to connect job seekers with brand ambassador opportunities posted by various experiential marketing agencies and companies. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Platform without our express written permission

User Content and Account Information

When you provide information to the Platform, including but not limited to your email address, name, location, and experience, you grant Brand Ambassador Jobs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and share this information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Data Sharing with Partners

We may share your information with trusted third-party partners, affiliated platforms, and service providers that assist us in operating the Platform, matching users with opportunities, or delivering related services. These parties are bound by confidentiality obligations and may only use your data for purposes consistent with this agreement and our Privacy Policy.

This includes sharing your profile and contact information with experiential marketing agencies and employers to facilitate job matching and application processes.

Email Communications and Consent

By creating an account or submitting your email address, you consent to receive communications from us including job alerts, promotional offers, partner opportunities, and platform updates. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by updating your account preferences.

This consent applies to communications from Brand Ambassador Jobs and our affiliated partners who may contact you regarding relevant job opportunities.

AI-Generated and Aggregated Content

Some job descriptions and listings on the Platform may be generated, enhanced, or summarized using automated tools or artificial intelligence (AI) technology. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that such content is error-free or fully representative of the original posting.

Users are encouraged to verify job details, requirements, and compensation directly with the employer before applying. Brand Ambassador Jobs is not responsible for any discrepancies between AI-generated summaries and actual job postings.

Content Aggregation and Indexing Service

Brand Ambassador Jobs operates as a job search, aggregation, and indexing platform. We collect, index, and display job postings from various publicly available sources across the internet, including but not limited to company career pages, job boards, and recruitment platforms.

Our service is designed to help job seekers discover brand ambassador opportunities by aggregating listings in one centralized location. We operate in good faith as an informational service to benefit both job seekers and employers by increasing the visibility of employment opportunities.

We do not claim ownership of, nor do we assert any proprietary rights over, job postings, company information, logos, trademarks, or other content that belongs to third-party employers or agencies. All such content remains the property of its respective owners.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

Brand Ambassador Jobs respects the intellectual property rights of others. All job postings, company names, logos, trademarks, and related content displayed on the Platform belong to their respective owners and are used for informational and indexing purposes only.

Our aggregation and display of publicly available job information constitutes fair use for the purpose of providing factual employment information to job seekers. We do not modify, alter, or misrepresent the original source material beyond formatting for display and accessibility purposes.

The Platform itself, including its design, features, functionality, and original content created by Brand Ambassador Jobs, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without express written permission.

DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respect the intellectual property rights of copyright holders. If you believe that content on our Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must provide the following information in writing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it on the Platform
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

Designated DMCA Agent

Please send DMCA takedown notices to our designated agent through our Contact Us page, clearly marking your communication as "DMCA Takedown Notice."

Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the party responsible for posting the content, if applicable. We may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Content Removal Requests

We understand that employers and recruitment agencies may not want their job postings indexed or displayed on our Platform. We honor all reasonable requests to remove content.

How to Request Content Removal

If you are an employer, agency, or authorized representative and wish to have your job posting(s) or company information removed from the Platform, please contact us through our Contact Us page with the following information:

• Your name, company name, and relationship to the content
• Specific URL(s) or job posting titles you wish to have removed
• Reason for removal request (optional)
• Your contact information for verification purposes

Removal Timeframe

We commit to reviewing all content removal requests within 48-72 business hours. Upon verification, we will remove the requested content and, if desired, add your company or job source to our exclusion list to prevent future indexing.

Ongoing Opt-Out

If you wish to permanently opt out of having your job postings indexed on Brand Ambassador Jobs, please indicate this in your removal request. We will add your domain or company to our exclusion list to prevent future collection of your job listings.

No Employment Relationship

Brand Ambassador Jobs is not an employer, staffing agency, or representative of any employer listed on the Platform. We are a job aggregation and listing service that connects job seekers with opportunities posted by third-party employers.

All hiring decisions, employment contracts, work relationships, compensation, and working conditions are made directly between you and the third-party employer. We do not verify, guarantee, or assume liability for employment offers, pay rates, working conditions, or employer practices.

Job Postings and Third-Party Content

Job postings and opportunities displayed on the Platform are provided by third-party agencies and companies. Brand Ambassador Jobs does not directly employ brand ambassadors and is not responsible for the hiring decisions, working conditions, or payment practices of third-party employers.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of job postings, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any job posting or third-party content. You acknowledge that any reliance on job postings is at your own risk.

Third-Party Links and Content

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, job application portals, employer sites, and external resources. Brand Ambassador Jobs is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, terms of service, or practices of any third-party websites.

When you click on external links or apply to jobs through third-party sites, you leave our Platform and are subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. Accessing any third-party website is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies before providing any personal information.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, at our sole discretion, if we believe you have:

• Violated these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Acted in a manner that could harm the Platform, other users, or third parties
• Used automated systems to scrape or extract data without authorization
• Misrepresented your identity, qualifications, or intentions

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. We may also delete your account and any associated data, subject to our data retention policies and applicable law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. BRAND AMBASSADOR JOBS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRAND AMBASSADOR JOBS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Brand Ambassador Jobs and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. You agree to waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

For users in Canada, these Terms shall also be governed by the laws of the applicable province or territory in which you reside.
