Private Jewelry Client Roadshow

The Grayscale Agency is seeking enthusiastic and engaging Roadshow Sales Associates for an exclusive private jewelry client. This W2 position involves participating in 10-14 day Costco Roadshow events at various locations.

As a key member of a two-person team, you will be responsible for showcasing a stunning jewelry line to Costco shoppers. Your role will include actively engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, answering product questions, and accurately writing orders. Each team member will work approximately 60-75 hours over the 10-14 day event, splitting a 125-hour schedule per Costco location.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging proactively with Costco shoppers
• Presenting and demonstrating a beautiful jewelry collection
• Answering customer inquiries and providing detailed product information
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Accurately processing and writing sales orders

While the roadshow events typically span 10-14 days, you are NOT required to be available for all days. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability. A background check is required for this position and will be provided.
