About This Role
The Grayscale Agency is seeking outgoing and engaging Jewelry Sales Associates to represent a premier jewelry vendor at 10-14 day long Costco Roadshow events.
This is a W2 position for individuals passionate about luxury products and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. We are flexible and can build the schedule around your availability, meaning you are NOT required to be available all days.
Responsibilities:
- Engage proactively with Costco shoppers to showcase exquisite jewelry products.
- Present the jewelry line with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Answer customer questions thoroughly and accurately.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Accurately write and submit orders.
Event Details:
- Location: 6675 Marie Curie Drive, Elkridge, Maryland, 21075
- Dates: Thursday, February 5th – Sunday, February 15th
- Schedule: Each Costco location will have two teammates who will split a 125-hour schedule (60-75 hours each) over the 10-14 day event.
A background check is required for this position.
