About This Role
Brand Besties is looking for 10 energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent Coca-Cola at the NCAA Men’s College Cup in Cary, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-energy fan experience during one of the biggest events in collegiate soccer, supporting an iconic global brand.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will engage with fans attending the Men’s College Cup, driving traffic to the Coca-Cola activation space. Responsibilities include distributing product samples and branded giveaways, and encouraging participation in interactive on-site activities. You’ll help bring the Coca-Cola brand to life by sharing key talking points, answering questions, and creating a fun and memorable experience for every guest. During slower periods, you will remain proactive by organizing materials, assisting the client team, and continuing to engage nearby attendees to keep the atmosphere upbeat and inviting. At the end of each event day, you will assist with light cleanup and resetting the footprint for the next day.
The event location is Wake Med Soccer Park, located at 101 Soccer Park Dr, Cary, NC 27511.
The dates and times for this gig are:
- December 12, 6:30 PM - 11:30 PM
- December 15, 7:30 PM - 11:30 PM
The pay for this position is $30.00/hr. Parking is reimbursed up to $30.00 with proof of receipt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with fans and drive traffic to the Coca-Cola activation at the Men’s College Cup.
- Educate guests on the Coca-Cola brand experience using talking points provided during training.
- Distribute Coca-Cola samples and branded giveaway items in a friendly, professional manner.
- Encourage participation in interactive elements, photo moments, and games taking place within the activation.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and welcoming presence at all times.
- Assist the client team with setup, restocking, crowd flow, and general event support.
- Stay proactive during downtime, organize materials, tidy the activation area, and engage nearby guests.
- Uphold all Coca-Cola brand standards and ensure guests have a fun, positive experience.
Requirements:
- Previous brand ambassador, event, or promotional experience preferred.
- Outgoing, reliable, and comfortable engaging with the public and large crowds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Professional appearance consistent with Coca-Cola brand standards (branded shirts will be provided).
- Strong team player who can take direction and adapt quickly.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to delivering an excellent event experience.
