Lidl Gift Wrapping Food Truck

We are seeking a detail-oriented, personable, and highly skilled Gift-Wrapping Brand Ambassador to join our Lidl Food Truck Activation across Atlanta and surrounding areas. This role is crucial for warmly welcoming guests, supporting general event flow, and serving as the primary on-site gift wrapper, offering complimentary gift wrapping for items purchased by attendees. We require someone with strong prior experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the confidence to deliver clean, professional-quality wrapping under event conditions.

As the designated Gift-Wrapping Brand Ambassador, you will elevate the guest experience by transforming purchased items into beautifully wrapped gifts while maintaining a friendly, enthusiastic presence. You will help drive traffic to the activation, engage guests with ease, keep the wrapping station organized and visually appealing, and ensure every wrapped item aligns with Lidl’s polished brand standards. • Date: Saturday, December 20th and Sunday, December 21st
• Time: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM each day
• Location: Lidl - 4325 Bethelview Rd, Cumming, GA 30040
• Pay: $28.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead gift wrapper, providing high-quality, professional, and efficient gift wrapping for guests throughout the event.
• Greet attendees with warmth, maintain a friendly and engaging presence, and elevate the overall customer experience.
• Ensure the gift-wrapping station remains fully stocked, clean, organized, and visually aligned with Lidl’s brand standards.
• Assist with basic setup and breakdown of the wrapping area and support the overall activation as needed.
• Engage with guests to explain the complimentary wrapping offer and encourage participation in the activation.
• Collaborate with the event team to manage flow, reduce wait times, and ensure guests receive a polished finished product.
• Uphold safety and hygiene best practices while handling materials, tools, and guest items.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, representing the brand with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the on-site event manager or client team.

Qualifications:

• Must have strong gift-wrapping experience, ideally from prior holiday retail work, event wrapping, or demonstrable skill (confidence and precision required).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to wrap efficiently without sacrificing quality.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in active, public event environments.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15–20 lbs (wrapping supplies, boxes, etc.).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions with care.
