Coca-Cola Volleyball Championship Activation

Join Brand Besties as a critical part of our team supporting the Coca-Cola activation at the NCAA Division I Women’s Volleyball Championship. We are seeking 4 dependable and hardworking labor crew members to assist with the setup and breakdown of this exciting event.

This role involves working directly with the client and production team to unload trucks, move materials, and construct the Coca-Cola activation footprint. Responsibilities include assembling furniture, tables, signage, and branded elements, organizing materials, and ensuring the space is fully prepared for fans. Following the championship, the crew will support teardown by disassembling elements, carefully packing materials, and restoring the venue. This position requires strength, attention to detail, the ability to follow directions, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Event Location: T-Mobile Center, 1407 Grand Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64106

Dates & Times:
December 17, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
December 21, 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Pay: $30.00/hr

Parking: Up to $30.00 with proof of receipt.

• Setup Crew (4 staff):

  • Collaborate with the client and production team to unload trucks, transport materials, and build the Coca-Cola activation footprint.
  • Assemble and arrange furniture, signage, tables, and branded décor according to the site plan.
  • Assist with inflatables, structural elements, and light construction or assembly tasks as needed.
  • Organize materials and ensure the activation space is fully prepared for the live event.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace throughout setup.

• Breakdown Crew (4 staff):

  • Disassemble all event elements, furniture, signage, and branded components after the event concludes.
  • Safely repack and load all items into the truck, ensuring careful handling and complete inventory.
  • Clear the footprint entirely, returning the space to its original condition.
  • Follow direction from the onsite lead and client team to ensure an efficient and safe breakdown.

Key Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry 60–80 lbs comfortably and safely.
• Previous event setup/breakdown, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, work well within a team, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Comfortable performing physical labor for several hours and working indoors or outdoors depending on event needs.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and ready to work at call time.
• Closed-toe shoes and attire appropriate for manual labor are required.
