Job Overview
Mariano Events is currently seeking professional Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand during in-store demonstrations. These events will typically last 3-4 hours on weekends, and successful candidates will be responsible for engaging consumers with our diverse range of products.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will need to be friendly, outgoing, and above all, professional. Your primary goal will be to help generate brand sales through effective consumer interactions and product engagement. To succeed in this position, participation in online training and product education is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrive punctually at events
- Maintain up-to-date brand knowledge through training sessions and effectively communicate key message points
- Engage with consumers to encourage participation in product sampling
- Direct consumers to various products during demonstrations
- Distribute promotional materials and manage inventory of sampled products
- Collect consumer feedback regarding sampled products
- Set up, maintain, and break down the event space
- Follow standard food safety rules and maintain cleanliness in event areas
- Communicate important matters to your Supervisor/Manager as required
- Comply with the company's uniform policy
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of promotional and/or tradeshow experience
- Outgoing, professional, and motivated personality
- Ability to comfortably speak with consumers, present in front of crowds, and interact with clients
- Reliable transportation to events
- Ability to lift 35 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities
- • Arrive on time to your events
- • Retain brand knowledge via training calls and presentations and communicate key message points intelligently to consumers
- • Attract, interact and encourage consumers to participate
- • Direct consumers to the various products you are sampling
- • Distribute premiums and maintain an accurate inventory of product you are sampling
- • Collect feedback from every target consumer sampling the product
- • Set up, maintain and breakdown the event space
- • Have knowledge of standard food safety rules and maintain the cleanliness of the event area
- • Communication with Supervisor/Manager regarding all urgent matters during the event
- • Adhere to uniform policy
