Austin City Limits Brand Activation

We are seeking Brand Ambassador Backups for the Austin City Limits festival. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of our brand ambassador team, providing crucial support for event operations.

As a Brand Ambassador Backup, you will be required to arrive on-site one hour before the Brand Ambassador (BA) call time. You will be compensated with a flat fee for your availability during this period, which commit you for two hours or less each day, to wait until the full team has arrived.

In the event of any Brand Ambassador cancellations or no-shows, you will be booked for the full shift, receiving an hourly rate of $28 per hour, along with credentials to access the festival grounds. If your services are not required, you will still receive the flat fee and be free to enjoy the rest of your day.

Dates:

• Weekend 1: October 3rd - October 5th
• Weekend 2: October 10th - October 12th

Compensation:

• PBU Flat Fee: $50 (subject to increase based on experience)
• BA Hourly Rate (if booked): $28 per hour

Backup Call Times:

• October 3rd: 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM (Full BA Shift: 10:30 AM - 10:30 PM)
• October 4th: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Full BA Shift: 10:00 AM - 10:30 PM)
• October 5th: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Full BA Shift: 10:00 AM - 10:30 PM)
• October 10th: 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM (Full BA Shift: 10:30 AM - 10:30 PM)
• October 11th: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Full BA Shift: 10:00 AM - 10:30 PM)
• October 12th: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Full BA Shift: 10:00 AM - 10:30 PM)
