About This Role
We are seeking three enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to assist with an exciting Sheetz store opening event. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with the public and represent a well-known brand.
Event Schedule:
- 7:00 AM - 8:45 AM: Set-up and pre-event meeting
- 9:00 AM: Activation begins
- 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Raffle prizes and ribbon cutting
- 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Teardown and staff event wrap-up meeting
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with event set-up and tear-down, including a large 10x10 tent, tables, prize wheel, raffle sign-up, and Sheetz backdrop with speakers.
- Operating a prize wheel and managing the raffle ticket station.
- Interacting with the crowd and encouraging sign-ups for drawings.
- Maintaining event equipment throughout the activation.
- Loading and unloading equipment, and transporting it to and from the 288 storage unit.
- Talking points will be provided before the event to guide your interactions.

- Location: 31925 Van Dyke Avenue, Warren, Michigan, 48093
- Date: Tuesday, December 30th
- Travel Pay: Will be provided for Brand Ambassadors residing over 50 miles away. Local Brand Ambassadors will be given priority.
Selected candidates will receive an email with detailed event information and onboarding instructions.
