Sheetz Store Opening Activation

Join The 288 Group as a Brand Ambassador for an exciting Sheetz store opening event! We are seeking three enthusiastic individuals to help make this event a success.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be instrumental in event setup and teardown, managing a prize wheel, and overseeing the raffle ticket station. This is a dynamic role that requires energetic interaction with event attendees.

The event will take place on Thursday, December 18th, at 4415 Carlisle Pike, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, 17011.

Event Schedule:

• 7:00 AM - 8:45 AM: Setup and pre-event meeting
• 9:00 AM: Activation begins
• 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Raffle prizes and ribbon cutting
• 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Teardown and staff event wrap-up meeting

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting Sheetz staff with event setup
• Guiding guests through the sign-up process for drawings and engaging with the crowd
• Operating the prize wheel
• Maintaining event equipment throughout the activation
• Loading and unloading equipment and transporting it to and from the 288 storage unit

The setup footprint will feature a large 10x10 inflatable tent, tables for the prize wheel and raffle sign-ups, and a Sheetz backdrop with speakers for announcements. Detailed talking points will be provided before the activation.

Travel pay will be provided for Brand Ambassadors residing over 50 miles from the event location, though priority will be given to local applicants. Selected staff will receive an email with full event details and onboarding instructions.
