Responsibilities:
- Encourage and maintain participant motivation throughout the event
- Provide guidance during activities and challenges as necessary
- Assist in the seamless setup and breakdown of event materials
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the event area during the program
- Ability to co-lift 120lbs of ice is required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a dynamic event environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage and support participants
- Willingness to contribute to a positive and impactful charitable cause.
- Setup Time: 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM
- Event Time: 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM
- Breakdown Time: 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM
