- Providing guidance during activities and challenges as necessary
- Assisting in the seamless setup and breakdown of event materials
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the event area during the program
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a dynamic event environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage and support participants
