Mosaic is seeking dynamic, customer-focused Sales Associates to represent Google’s Pixel products this holiday season. This is an exciting opportunity to be the spark behind the season and join Google’s holiday team, driving awareness and sales of Pixel Phone, Pixel Buds, and Pixel Watch inside a major national electronics retailer.

Location: Sterling, VA

Schedule & Commitment:

• Start Date: Week of November 28th, with store walkthroughs on November 25th or 26th.
• First shift: Black Friday, November 28th.
• End Date: Week of January 11th.
• Shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, every week from November 28th to January 11th.
• Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (8 hours per day + 30min lunch break).
• Virtual Training: Scheduled for Friday, November 21st (time TBD).

Role Overview:

As a Sales Associate for the Google Holiday Program, your purpose will be to drive awareness and sales of Google products (Pixel Buds, Pixel Watch, Pixel Phone) in-store during the crucial holiday selling season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Google products at an assigned retail location.
• Engage customers, demonstrate product features, and close sales.
• Maintain professional communication and meet performance goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to sell and engage customers; strong interpersonal skills.
• Priority given to candidates available for the full schedule.
• Comfortable working independently and achieving performance targets.

Pay Rate: $28/hr
