Mosaic Costco True Classic Sales

Mosaic is seeking three experienced and passionate Brand Ambassadors to drive sales for True Classic menswear at Costco in Lafayette, LA (70508). This exciting opportunity involves promoting True Classic's branded shirts, t-shirt bundles, polos, and a light jacket.

We are looking for individuals with a proven sales track record, merchandising experience, outgoing energy, and the ability to self-manage without direct on-site supervision. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating excitement around a product and educating customers on its benefits.

The pay rate for this position is $26 per hour.

Key dates for this program include:

• A 1.5-hour virtual training call (date/time to be discussed during the interview process).
• December 11th - December 21st.

Candidates with full availability throughout the program dates will receive priority in scheduling. Please communicate any days you are unavailable to work during the interview process.

What we're looking for:

• Must fully speak and understand English.
• Proven sales track record required.
• Ability to be on your feet for approximately 6+ hours at a time.
• Able to lift 25+ pounds.
• Ability to construct and deconstruct a pop-up table stand.
• Retail experience and an outgoing personality are a plus.
• Personal smartphone required for on-site check-ins and reporting.
• Completion of daily reporting and inventory counts.

• Represent True Classic with enthusiasm and professionalism in a retail environment.
• Educate customers about the benefits of True Classic products.
• Drive sales by demonstrating product features and providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with store staff to create engaging displays and promotional activities.
