About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Actively drive sales of SharkNinja products by engaging customers through effective demonstrations.
- Conduct consumer-facing activities to meet sales goals, including processing point-of-sale transactions.
- Build and maintain relationships with Mosaic management, retail personnel, and sales associates.
- Provide product training to in-store staff to encourage advocacy and enhance consumer engagement.
- Execute merchandising duties to uphold the SharkNinja brand presence in-store.
- Complete administrative tasks and ongoing training in a timely manner.

Requirements
- • Experience in retail sales, customer engagement, or brand ambassadorship
- • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- • Knowledge of POS transactions and cash register operations
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- • Comfortable standing for up to 8 hours and lifting up to 25lbs when needed
- • Flexible availability to align with retail store hours
- • Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations
- • Daily access to email/internet for reporting
- • Food Handler’s Certification highly preferred
