The Meta Brand Ambassador will act as a brand steward at experiential marketing events to drive brand awareness and consideration. We are looking for someone who: Has an interest and knowledge in AI wearable products Is a “people-person” and can easily cultivate relationships and build excitement about the Meta brand and products Passion for the community and engaging with different outreach groups Has a passion for teamwork and innovation Flexible Schedule with ability to work some nights and weekends What’s in it for you? Duties and Responsibilities: Has excellent verbal, written and active listening skills Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools Ability to learn brand knowledge quickly and effectively tailor selling points to customer needs Ability to update/maintain demo experience software that allows engaging customer interactions with products and promotes unique selling points Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and customers Assist with the setup and breakdown of event equipment, furniture and materials Lift and move heavy objects as needed Provide crowd control and security during events Ability to lift and move heavy objects some weighing 100 lbs+ Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to follow instructions, adhere to event guidelines, & knowledge of safety protocols Professional demeanor and appearance
