True Classic Apparel Sales Activation

Mosaic is seeking professional and experienced Brand Ambassadors with a passion for selling True Classic’s men's apparel at Costco. This exciting opportunity involves showcasing True Classic's branded shirts, t-shirt bundles, polos, and a light jacket. We are looking for outgoing individuals who are comfortable and skilled in selling men's apparel.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, be outgoing, self-managed, and capable of generating excitement around a product. This Brand Ambassador must be able to interact effectively with people of all ages and demonstrate improvisational skills, as there will be no direct on-site manager. Comfort in explaining brand offerings without immediate supervisory guidance is essential.

• Ability to be on your feet for approximately 8+ hours at a time
• Proven sales track record required
• Able to lift 25+ pounds
• Ability to construct/deconstruct a pop-up table stand
• Personal Smartphone to complete on-site check-ins and reporting
• Retail experience and outgoing personality are a plus

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Completion of paid training
• Setup/tear down display
• Engage with customers
• Educate Consumers on Brand
• Completion of Daily Reporting

Location: Alexandria, VA

Program Dates/Times: Candidates must be available for ALL DATES.

Tuesday, December 11th through December 24th

Mandatory 1-hour PAID virtual training call (Date/Time: TBD)

Shifts: We have 3 schedules available (AM, PM, or MID); schedules will be discussed during the interview. Applicants with full availability for all three will receive priority.

Pay Rate: $26/hour

Mosaic, in good faith, believes that this posted range of compensation is the accurate range for this role at the time of this posting. Mosaic may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidate qualifications and locations. This range may be modified in the future.
