About This Role
Epic 5 Marketing is seeking experienced and reliable event labor crew to assist with an upcoming event activation: the Amarillo Farm and Ranch Show. We are looking for individuals who can contribute to a smooth and efficient setup and teardown process.
The event dates and times are TBD, with Load In on December 1st and Load Out on December 5th.
Duties for this role will include:
- Assisting with event display setup
- Wiping down display assets and materials
- Helping the team set up trailer awnings using ladders
- Placing and strapping ballasts
- Providing general onsite support with load-in/out activities
Requirements for this position include:
- Must be comfortable with physical labor
- Basic familiarity with event setups, tools, and ladders
- Must be professional, punctual, and able to follow direction
- Reliable transportation is required
