Epic 5 Event Setup Support

We are seeking a reliable Event Production Assistant with their own vehicle to support event setup, breakdown, and asset transport for an upcoming activation in Chicago.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling light physical setup duties.

• Pick up branded assets and event materials from local storage.
• Transport assets to the event site (SUV or larger vehicle required).
• Assist with event setup (tent, table, signage, and giveaways).
• Provide on-site support during activation as needed.
• Assist with event tear down and return all materials to storage.
• Maintain a professional, punctual, and positive attitude throughout the activation.

Requirements:

• Must own an SUV, crossover, or larger vehicle capable of transporting event assets (tent, table, bins, and giveaways).
• Valid driver’s license, clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record), and clean background check (BGC) required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Prior event setup or production experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable communication and attention to detail.

Schedule:

• Load-out / setup: November 23, 6 AM - 8 AM
• Tear down / return: November 23, 12 PM - 3 PM
