About This Role

NFuse 360 is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Tour Manager to join our experiential marketing team for our heritage program, The Fox Sports Tailgate Tour. Now in its 26th year, this program is the longest and largest of its kind in college sports. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of excellent people skills, a keen eye for detail, and infectious enthusiasm.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of the client and their products and services.
  • Act as a representative of the brands we represent.
  • Create event recaps and capture event photos.
  • Work with venue contacts, vendors, and onsite staff for the set-up, execution, and breakdown of event displays.
  • Interact with consumers, maintaining a clean and presentable demeanor and equipment; assist and answer consumer questions as needed on-site.
  • Proven ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot event equipment, including generators, computers, tablets, sound systems, monitors, interactive displays, and other potential on-site challenges.
  • Help manage onsite staff and enhance the consumer experience within the event footprint.
  • Safely pack assets for transit to and from the event site.
  • Assist in managing program inventory.
  • Coordinate travel accommodations as needed.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Current, valid Class A driver’s license needed.
  • Comfortable driving a truck with a towable trailer or a large box truck.
  • Event Marketing enthusiast, with experience in product demonstration, retail, sales, and cooking.
  • 3 Years of Event Management experience.
  • Familiar with DOT regulations.
  • Clean driving record.
  • 100% independent travel: Travel may include driving or flying to various locations within the US.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
