Join Mosaic as a Brand Ambassador and engage with customers while promoting leading brands! We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals for a part-time Product Demonstrator role, focusing on non-alcoholic beverages or food products at Sobeys.

You will be responsible for promoting products, offering samples, and providing helpful information to consumers. Mosaic, a top sales and marketing company in North America, has been connecting customers with major brands for over 30 years.

Schedule:

• Training will be provided before your first in-field shift.
• Shifts are primarily on Saturdays and Sundays (11 AM to 5 PM).
• Some shifts are available on Thursdays and Fridays (1 PM to 7 PM).
• You MUST have Thursday-Sunday availability.
• This is an ongoing business role with casual shifts throughout the year; your schedule will be provided in advance.

Wage:

$21 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Comfortable working independently.
• Enjoys interacting with customers.
• Driven to impact consumer purchase decisions.
• Confident in meeting sampling targets.

Qualifications:

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• MUST have valid Smart Serve certification.
• Mandatory Food Safety certification.
• Mandatory Liquor Certification.
• Ability to confidently approach consumers and communicate effectively, delivering key messages.
• Ability to stand for approximately 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to set up and disassemble a sampling booth (all items stored on location).
• Access to a device with photo capabilities and internet for nightly reporting.
• Access to a vehicle is an asset.
