About This Role

Seeking an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador | Brand Besties to create memorable experiences for guests at Formula 1 events in Austin, TX.

Key responsibilities include serving as an Information Hub, providing accurate event details, and offering Guest Assistance by directing attendees to various attractions and facilities. You will be expected to demonstrate exceptional Fan Engagement, making guests feel welcome and valued. Staying updated on Event Knowledge and effectively handling Problem Solving for guest inquiries and concerns are crucial. Additionally, you will foster Team Collaboration with fellow Guest Services members to ensure seamless communication and guest support.

Working hours for this position generally range from 8 to 15 hours per day, depending on the event schedule and requirements. While we aim for predictable scheduling, please note that 15-hour days may occur as needed. The schedule for this event is as follows:

  • 10/17/2025 - 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • 10/18/2025 - 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • 10/19/2025 - 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Qualifications for this role include exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor, strong verbal and non-verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to handle a high volume of guest inquiries accurately. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to guest engagement, along with punctuality and reliability, are essential. Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or a similar role is a plus.
