About This Role
Mosaic is seeking a Trained Product Specialist | Retail Partners to support our electronics accessories brand. This part-time, contract-based role involves driving product awareness, educating retail teams, and boosting sales performance within AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile stores.
Locations: Austin, TX and Hartford, CT
Territory: One individual for Austin, TX and one for Hartford, CT
Start Date: ASAP to mid-January 2026, with a high possibility of extension.
Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00/hour + bonus potential
What You'll Do:
- Actively promote electronics accessories brand cases and screen protection products through in-store demonstrations and customer engagement.
- Deliver compelling product training to retail staff, highlighting competitive advantages and unique features.
- Utilize interactive demo kits to showcase the superior quality of our screen protection.
- Distribute free product samples to drive interest and support sales conversion.
- Build strong relationships with retail staff to foster trust, enthusiasm, and product advocacy.
- Cultivate strong relationships with retail store managers to collaborate on driving sales.
- Responsible for driving sales and increasing market share within your designated territory.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven ability to influence purchasing decisions and drive measurable sales results.
- Passionate about the technology/consumer electronics industry.
- 3+ years of sales and/or retail sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, engaging presence.
- Able to absorb and articulate product features and benefits effectively.
- Experience in wireless retail environments (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) is a plus.
- Reliable access to a vehicle REQUIRED.
- MUST HAVE a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
