Responsibilities
- Arrive punctually for all scheduled events.
- Retain knowledge of brand products through training calls and presentations.
- Engage with consumers effectively to encourage participation in product sampling.
- Distribute promotional materials and maintain accurate inventory of sampled products.
- Collect feedback from participants to gauge consumer response.
- Set up, maintain, and dismantle the event area, ensuring cleanliness throughout.
- Adhere to food safety standards and communicate any urgent issues to your supervisor or manager.
Ideal Candidate
Candidates should possess a charming personality, excellent communication skills, and the motivation to represent Mulino Bianco effectively in a retail environment. Previous experience in promotional events is a plus, and candidates must also be able to transport themselves to events and manage the physical demands of the role.

Requirements
- • Must be outgoing, professional, reliable, and motivated
- • Comfortable speaking to consumers and addressing crowd interactions
- • 1-2 years of promotional and/or tradeshow experience
- • Reliable transportation to events
- • Ability to lift 35lbs
- • Capacity to stand for extended periods of time
Responsibilities
- • Arrive on time to your events
- • Retain brand knowledge via training calls and presentations and communicate key message points intelligently to consumers
- • Attract, interact, and encourage consumers to participate in product sampling
- • Direct consumers to the various products you are sampling
- • Distribute premiums and maintain an accurate inventory of sampled products
- • Collect feedback from consumers sampling the product
- • Set up, maintain, and break down the event space
- • Maintain cleanliness of the event area in accordance with food safety rules
- • Communicate with Supervisor/Manager regarding urgent matters during events
- • Adhere to the uniform policy
