Moment Beverage Store Demo

Moment, a line of mood-boosting botanical sodas and teas, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Demo Ambassadors/Merchandisers. Moment beverages are designed to help you reset without caffeine or added sugar, blending adaptogens and botanicals to support calm, clarity, and mood. We are looking for passionate individuals who can embody our brand and effectively position Moment in leading retail stores. As an Ambassador, you will collaborate closely with our team, actively participating in in-store retail demos, merchandising, and various in-market events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align with Moment's vision and be intrinsically motivated to make a difference.
• Conduct engaging in-store demos at retail locations.
• Educate customers, providing in-depth product knowledge and sharing Moment's compelling story.
• Execute merchandising tasks, including securing secondary placements, setting up displays, applying IRCs/coupons, and arranging cans properly on shelves.
• Monitor feedback, collecting and analyzing customer input, and tracking the success of demos and events.
• Represent Moment at retail events, setting up event spaces, showcasing products, offering samples, and facilitating local product drops.

Requirements:

• Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to develop and leverage relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to new environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to commit 2-8 hours per week.
• Availability to travel and work on weekends.
• Must have access to a car and reliable transportation.

In-Store Demo Incentive Structure:

• $20 per hour for a 2-hour demo with an additional half-hour of merchandising.
