True Classic Costco Roadshow

Karma Casting is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors for a True Classic Tees Roadshow at Costco.

This is a unique opportunity to represent a best-selling brand and drive sales of premium, everyday apparel.

Location: Azusa, CA – Costco 412 / 1220 W Foothill Blvd, Azusa, CA 91702

Project Overview: True Classic Tees is hosting an exclusive 10-day roadshow at Costco. We are looking for friendly, high-energy individuals to engage with shoppers, create excitement around limited-time deals, and guide customers toward multi-item purchases. This role requires a proactive sales approach and involves being on your feet for the entire shift, welcoming a steady flow of shoppers, and maximizing conversions in the everyday budget category.

Pay Rate: $28/hour

Dates:

• Setup: Thursday, December 4th – 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (plus optional next-day AM setup: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM)
• Roadshow: Friday, December 5th – Sunday, December 14th (10 consecutive days)

Schedule & Shifts (Standard Rhythm):

• Setup: Thu 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2.5 hrs) + Fri 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (1.5 hrs)
• Show Days (Fri–Fri, 10 consecutive days):
  • Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM (≈6.75 hrs)
  • Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 8:45 PM (≈5.75 hrs)
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs) & 1:30 PM – 7:15 PM (5.75 hrs)
• Sunday: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs) & 1:30 PM – 6:15 PM (4.75 hrs)
• Final Teardown: Sun 6:15 PM – 8:15 PM (2 hrs)

Store hours may vary slightly; final schedule will be confirmed. Ambassadors are not required to be available for every shift, as Karma Casting will staff 2–3 Brand Ambassadors per roadshow to cover all shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage & Sell: Proactively greet shoppers, communicate product benefits, and encourage multi-pack purchases.
• Product Education: Highlight the soft fabric, perfect fit, and everyday value of True Classic Tees.
• Drive High-Volume Sales: Implement a friendly yet confident sales approach to maximize conversions and daily unit sales.
• Customer Experience: Provide assistance with sizing guidance, product restocking, and directing customers to checkout.
• Presentation: Ensure displays remain organized, neatly folded, and visually appealing throughout the day.
• Operations Support: Assist with event setup, inventory organization, and light teardown tasks.

Uniform:

• Provided: True Classic shirt (if available)
• You Provide: Clean black or neutral pants and comfortable closed-toe shoes

Other Details:

• Personal transportation required.
• Setup and teardown shifts are paid and will be assigned to at least one ambassador.

Karma Casting is a W2 employer. All roles are paid weekly.
