About the Role
Kombucha Culture is searching for enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to join our team! In this role, you will engage consumers by promoting our delicious kombucha through in-store demonstrations, aimed at increasing brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Arrive punctually for scheduled events.
- Acquire and retain knowledge of the brand through training and share key messages with consumers.
- Actively interact with customers, guiding them through product samples and influencing them to engage with our offerings.
- Distribute promotional items and keep track of inventory during events.
- Gather consumer feedback on our products to enhance future marketing efforts.
- Maintain cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards at the event site.

Requirements
- • Must be outgoing, professional, reliable, and motivated
- • Comfortable speaking in front of crowds and engaging with consumers
- • 1-2 years of promotional and/or tradeshow experience
- • Reliable transportation to events
- • Ability to lift up to 35lbs
- • Willingness to stand for extended periods
Responsibilities
- • Arrive on time to your events
- • Communicate brand knowledge to consumers based on training
- • Attract and engage consumers during demonstrations
- • Guide consumers to products being sampled
- • Distribute promotional items and maintain inventory accuracy
- • Collect consumer feedback during sampling
- • Set up, maintain, and dismantle the event space
- • Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness
- • Coordinate with supervisors regarding event-related matters
- • Adhere to the uniform policy
