About This Role

We are seeking a confident, organized, and outgoing Team Lead to oversee our Signal People Street Team for a two-day pedestrian safety awareness campaign. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends the fun of street team engagement with the responsibility of keeping the campaign on track.

As the Team Lead for the Signal People Street Team, you’ll oversee the activation from start to finish, managing logistics, coordinating staff, and ensuring smooth operation. You’ll walk with the team, ensuring they are striking poses, engaging with the public, and staying on task, while also troubleshooting any issues that arise and serving as the main point of contact for the client. You will also track impressions and capture photos of the team in action, all while joining in the fun of the campaign as a Signal Person yourself.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Oversight: Walk with the street team and ensure all staff are performing their duties effectively, striking poses, and engaging with the public. Provide direction, motivation, and support throughout the activation. Troubleshoot any on-site challenges and make quick, confident decisions.
  • Client Communication & Reporting: Act as the direct point of contact for the client, relaying updates and ensuring their expectations are met. Capture photos of the team in action and track impressions.
