TrueClassic Apparel Sales at Costco

Mosaic is seeking professional and experienced Brand Ambassadors who are passionate about selling True Classic’s men’s wear at Costco.

This role involves showcasing True Classic’s branded shirts, t-shirt bundles, polos, and light jackets. We are looking for individuals who are outgoing, comfortable selling men’s apparel, possess strong sales experience, can self-manage, and are adept at creating excitement around a product.

The ideal Brand Ambassador will comfortably interact with people of all ages and handle various situations independently, as there will not be a direct manager on-site. You should be confident in explaining brand offerings without needing to defer questions to a direct supervisor.

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Completion of paid training
• Setup and tear down of display
• Engaging with customers
• Educating consumers on the brand
• Completion of daily reporting

Requirements:

• Ability to be on your feet for approximately 8+ hours at a time
• Proven sales track record required
• Able to lift 25+ pounds
• Ability to construct and deconstruct a pop-up table stand
• Personal smartphone for on-site check-ins and reporting
• Retail experience and an outgoing personality are a plus

Program Dates:

Candidates must be available for ALL DATES:

• Tuesday, December 11th through Wednesday, December 24th
• Mandatory 1-hour PAID virtual training call (Date/Time: TBD)

Shifts:

We have three schedules available (AM, PM, or MID); schedules will be discussed during the interview. Applicants with full availability for all three will receive priority.

Pay Rate:

$26 per hour

Mosaic, in good faith, believes that this posted range of compensation is the accurate range for this role at the time of this posting. Mosaic may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidate qualifications and locations in MD. This range may be modified in the future.
