Private Merchant Welcome Services

We are seeking an experienced Activation, Field, or Business Account Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. This is a full-time position offering a dynamic field-based role.

Our client, a leader in the financial sector, has partnered with 2020 Companies to bring on dedicated Territory Managers. You will be instrumental in providing welcome services to new merchants, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience.

A typical day involves traveling within your assigned territory, visiting up to 30 retailers daily. Approximately 50% of your 8-hour workday will be spent in-store. On occasion, merchant visits may require travel up to two hours from home.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and welcoming new merchants who accept our client's credit services.
• Demonstrating the value of customers utilizing the Client's line of credit services at their business.
• Addressing any objections raised by merchants.
• Attempting to place Point of Purchase signage at each business location.
