Delta Airlines is seeking enthusiastic and personable Brand Ambassadors to deliver an unforgettable VIP hospitality experience at the Head of the Charles Regatta. This is a unique opportunity to represent a world-renowned airline brand and engage with guests in a high-energy environment.
Brand Ambassadors will be instrumental in creating a seamless and engaging experience for all guests within the Delta Airlines VIP Lounge. Responsibilities include welcoming and checking in guests, efficiently managing queues and wait times, assisting with the Delta app, and ensuring both VIP and General Admission attendees enjoy a world-class hospitality experience. Staff will also provide flexible support across various areas, proactively engage guests using provided talking points, and uphold a high level of professionalism throughout the event.

Pay: $28.00/hr
Parking: Up to $30.00 with proof of receipt
Dates & Times:
- Virtual Training: TBD (1 hour)
- October 17: 8:45 AM - 6:30 PM
- October 18: 8:45 AM - 6:30 PM
- October 19: 8:45 AM - 7:00 PM
Positions Available:
- Floater: Assist across all areas, provide staff support, and ensure smooth lounge operations.
- Queue Manager: Direct guests, manage lines, communicate wait times, and assist with Delta app usage.
- General Admission (GA) Check-In: Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth entry process.
- VIP Check-In: Provide a premium check-in experience for VIP guests with exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an energetic, welcoming, and professional presence to all guests entering the Delta VIP Lounge.
- Engage with attendees using provided talking points, making each guest feel valued and informed.
- Efficiently manage lines and queues, keeping guests informed of wait times and ensuring smooth check-ins.
