About This Role
Delta Airlines is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and organized Team Lead for the Activation, Field, or Brand Ambassador Manager role. This individual will oversee our VIP Lounge activation at the Head of the Charles Regatta, leading a team of Brand Ambassadors and ensuring a flawless guest experience at one of the world’s most celebrated rowing events.
The Team Lead will serve as the direct point of contact for the client, ensuring staff arrive on time, are prepared, and remain on-task throughout the event. This role requires the ability to float between positions, stepping into any Brand Ambassador role as needed to maintain coverage and assist wherever necessary, leading by example.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Brand Ambassadors, ensuring punctuality, preparedness, and an exceptional guest experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Check in staff at the start of each shift, assign roles, and ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Float throughout the activation, assisting as needed and stepping into Brand Ambassador roles to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor staff performance, ensuring engagement, focus, and leading by example.
- Coordinate staff breaks and lunches to maintain team energy and continuous lounge staffing.
- Troubleshoot any challenges proactively to ensure a seamless guest experience.
The Team Lead will also manage staff breaks and lunches, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure the Delta VIP Lounge runs smoothly each day, delivering a seamless, high-energy, and memorable experience for all guests.

- October 17: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- October 18: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- October 19: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Pay: $30.00/hr
Parking: Up to $30.00 with proof of receipt.
Responsibilities
