About This Role
Delta Airlines is seeking strong, reliable, and hardworking Labor Team members to assist with the setup and preparation of our VIP Lounge activation at the Head of the Charles Regatta. This physically demanding role is essential to ensuring the activation runs smoothly and creates a flawless experience for our guests.
Labor Staff will be responsible for all physical setup and preparation for the Delta Airlines VIP Lounge. This includes loading and unloading trucks, moving materials, unpacking boxes, setting up Wayfair furniture and branded assets, and performing light assembly as needed. This role requires the ability to safely lift and carry items up to 100 lbs, follow directions from the activation lead, and support the team wherever necessary to ensure the lounge is fully prepared and operational. Staff will work collaboratively, maintain a positive and professional attitude, and contribute to a seamless guest experience.

Dates & Times:
- Virtual Training: TBD, 1 hour
- October 14: 11:30 AM - 5:30 PM (3 staff)
- October 15: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (2 staff)
Pay: $30.00/hr
Parking: Up to $30.00 with proof of receipt

- Help unpack boxes, organize supplies, and set up furniture and branded assets for the lounge.
- Perform heavy lifting and carry items up to 100 lbs safely and efficiently.
- Assist with light assembly of furniture or event structures as needed.
- Follow directions from the activation lead and client team to ensure all setup tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Support the event team, helping wherever needed to maintain smooth operations.
- Work collaboratively with other staff, maintaining a positive, professional, and proactive attitude.
- Ensure the activation area is clean, organized, and ready for guests at all times.
