Brand Ambassador | General Catalyst

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassadors to represent General Catalyst at various events. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all attendees.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact, embodying the event's brand and ensuring exceptional hospitality.
• Facilitate smooth event operations and provide clear wayfinding assistance to guests.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while providing accurate information.
• Assist guests in navigating the event space efficiently and comfortably.

Requirements:

• Prior Brand Ambassador experience with logistics is preferred.

Compensation:

• $35 per hour
• $30 per diem

Schedule:

• Various shifts will be available across three Boston-area venues.
