Waku Tea Sampling Activation

Are you an enthusiastic individual with a passion for natural products? Waku Tea is looking for a proactive Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic Field Marketing Team in Boston, MA.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Waku Tea, engaging with customers and promoting our delicious prebiotic iced tea. We are committed to supporting our Brand Ambassadors, providing all necessary materials for demos, including marketing collateral, coupons, and product samples.

Responsibilities:

• Successfully execute 4-6 in-store product demos and couponing events per week, maximizing brand visibility with every interaction.
• Educate and engage customers, retailers, and distributors about the benefits of Waku Tea.
• Complete thorough reporting after each demo and couponing event, providing valuable insights to the team.
• Maximize the visibility of the Waku Tea brand within retail environments.

Requirements:

• Proven Brand Ambassador experience.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
• Willingness to travel to assigned retail stores.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
• Committed and responsible.
• Ability to lift cases of product and other brand materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the capacity to adapt communication styles based on the audience.
• Comfortable and enthusiastic about working in an early-stage company, demonstrating agility in a dynamic environment.
• Must speak and understand English fully.
• Reliable public transportation is required.
