Waku Tea Sampling Events

Are you an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador with a passion for promoting healthy and delicious products? Waku Tea is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Field Marketing Team in Central New Jersey.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Waku Tea, executing engaging in-store product demonstrations and couponing events. Waku is a prebiotic iced tea that is refreshing, delicious, has no added sugar, and contains prebiotic fiber!

Key Responsibilities:

• Successfully execute 4-6 in-store product demos and couponing events per week, primarily at Whole Foods and ShopRite locations.
• Maximize brand visibility and engagement during each interaction.
• Provide thorough reporting after each event, offering valuable insights to the marketing team.
• Educate customers, retailers, and distributors about Waku Tea products, building strong connections and understanding.
• Monitor customer feedback and promptly escalate any concerns or complaints to the marketing department for swift resolution.

Requirements:

• Proven Brand Ambassador experience.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Willingness to travel daily to retail accounts for face-to-face interactions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
• Committed and responsible work ethic.
• Ability to lift cases of product and other brand materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to various audiences.
• Enthusiastic about and comfortable working in an early-stage company, demonstrating agility in a dynamic environment.
• Must fully speak and understand English.
• Personal transportation is required.
