About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Activation, Field, or Business Account Manager for Chromebook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing customer experience, and building strong relationships with retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excite customers by promoting Chromebook products.
  • Elevate the customer experience by maintaining merchandising standards for all products and displays.
  • Identify sales opportunities and support customers with their purchases.
  • Train retail staff on Chromebook products, promotions, and messaging.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff, acting as the main point of contact for Chromebook.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends within the territory to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor inventory levels across retail stores, working closely with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Provide training and product knowledge to retail staff to enhance their ability to sell Chromebooks effectively.
  • Manage and adhere to sales budgets, optimizing expenditures to maximize return on investment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within a retail or consumer goods environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong working knowledge of G-suite.
  • Ability to identify creative solutions for problems.
