About This Role

Looking for a flexible, project-based opportunity that integrates seamlessly with your lifestyle? FLEX-ROC by T-ROC is seeking energetic, outgoing individuals to represent exciting consumer brands at special 10-day roadshows within Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's Wholesale Club, and various other big-box retailers. This is a short-term, high-impact role where you will demonstrate products, engage shoppers, and drive sales. Following each show, there may be downtime between events, contingent upon scheduling and brand requirements. This position is ideal for those seeking flexible, event-based work with the potential for ongoing assignments.

We offer $20/hr plus overtime. The schedule involves 10 consecutive days, starting December 19th and concluding on December 28th. Shifts are as follows:

  • Friday, December 19th (first day of show only): 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday (both weekends): 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
  • Monday - Friday (December 22nd - 26th): 9:30 AM - 8:30 PM (OFF CHRISTMAS DAY)

Hours are tentative; the final schedule will be provided upon registration.

In this role, you will set up a designated display, kiosk, or demo station within retail stores, arranging products in an eye-catching manner to attract customers and ensuring all promotional materials, signage, and samples are properly displayed. You will approach and engage customers in a friendly, inviting manner to promote and sell the product, providing demonstrations and explaining key features and benefits. Additionally, you will perform any necessary tasks to support sales and marketing initiatives. This includes utilizing company-required apps and digital tools, such as the Vision App, for timekeeping and sales reporting, accurately logging sales activity, customer engagement, and inventory usage through designated mobile applications or reporting tools in real time. You will also adhere to all store-specific and T-ROC safety, conduct, and hygiene protocols during events, including the proper handling of promotional materials and displays. Furthermore, you will monitor, transport, and maintain promotional inventory, ensuring items are secure, clean, and replenished as needed for each event. In this fast-paced retail environment, flexibility and adaptability are key.
