HP Premium PC Sales Specialist

As a Premium PC Sales Specialist | HP Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in a professional and stylish manner, showcasing the latest features of premium PCs. You will leverage your training in artificial intelligence (AI) technology to bring AI and other new technologies to life on PCs and enhance the customer experience.

By building relationships with store associates and effectively communicating the value proposition of premium products, you will drive revenue growth, increase unit sales, and contribute to the growth of the premium market segment. A day in the life of an HP Brand Ambassador:

• Demonstrate premium lifestyle HP PC products and accessories at a big box retail store
• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
• Responsible for maintaining professional relationships with retail partners within the assigned store(s)
• Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation
• Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness
• Responsible for reporting and competitive insights

What qualifications do I need?

• An outgoing personality and eagerness to learn
• Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with hands-on demonstrations
• Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs
• Retail experience or customer service experience a plus
• Training or product demonstration experience a plus
• 1-year job experience required
