Transformer Table, a leading furniture brand renowned for its innovative, space-saving designs, is seeking enthusiastic and engaging Brand Ambassadors. Our products include extendable dining sets, table-to-desks, and other versatile furniture solutions.

We are looking for outgoing and energetic individuals who can confidently engage shoppers and drive sales. This will primarily involve educating customers and conducting hands-on demonstrations during a 10-day in-store roadshow. A proactive approach is essential; rather than simply manning a display, successful Brand Ambassadors will actively move around the floor, initiate conversations, demonstrate product features, emphasize the transformative and versatile nature of our furniture, and help customers envision how Transformer Table products can solve their unique space or lifestyle challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage & Sell: Proactively initiate friendly conversations with shoppers to showcase Transformer Table's premium furniture solutions.
• Demonstrate Products: Confidently present product features, transformations, and overall value through live demonstrations (e.g., extending tables, modular setups).
• Educate Customers: Clearly explain product quality, functionality, and pricing to empower customers to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Drive Conversions: Generate excitement and expertly guide shoppers through the next steps to close high-value sales.
• Maintain Presentation: Ensure the display booth is consistently organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
• Support Operations: Assist with set-up, light tear-down, and organization of the product kit as needed.

Dates:

• Setup: Thursday, October 23rd – 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (plus optional next-day AM setup: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM)
• Roadshow: Friday, October 24th – Sunday, November 2nd (10 consecutive days)

Schedule & Shifts (Standard Rhythm):

• Setup: Thursday, 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2.5 hrs) + Friday, 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (1.5 hrs)
• Show Days – Friday to Friday (10 consecutive days):
  • Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM (≈6.75 hrs)
  • Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 8:45 PM (≈5.75 hrs)
• Saturday:
  • Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs)
  • Shift 2: 1:30 PM – 7:15 PM (5.75 hrs)
• Sunday:
  • Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs)
  • Shift 2: 1:30 PM – 6:15 PM (4.75 hrs)
• Final Teardown: Sunday, 6:15 PM – 8:15 PM (2 hrs)

Please note: Store hours may experience slight variations by location. The final schedule will be confirmed prior to each roadshow. Ambassadors are not required to be available for every shift, as Karma will staff 2–3 Brand Ambassadors per roadshow to ensure all shifts are covered across the 10 days.
