About This Role
Moment is seeking energetic and dedicated Demo Ambassadors/Merchandisers to represent our brand in retail settings. We are looking for passionate individuals who can effectively place Moment products in prominent retail locations and embody our brand's ethos during customer interactions.
As an Ambassador, you will collaborate closely with our team, actively participating in in-store retail demos, merchandising, and various in-market events. We are looking for someone who is aligned with the company's vision and is intrinsically motivated to make a difference by loving Moment.
- Managing in-store demos: Conduct engaging demonstrations at various retail locations.
- Educating customers: Provide in-depth product knowledge and share the compelling story behind Moment.
- Merchandising: Secure secondary placements, set up displays, apply IRCs/coupons, and ensure proper product arrangement on shelves.
- Monitoring feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback, tracking the success of demos and events.
- Representing Moment at retail events: Set up event spaces, showcase products, and offer samples to consumers. Facilitate local product drops.
Requirements:
- Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to develop and leverage relationships.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable to new environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to commit 2-8 hours per week.
- Availability to travel and work on weekends.
- Must have access to a car and reliable transportation.
In-Store Demo Incentive Structure: We offer two payment tiers based on the number of demos completed.
