ARMY University Big Ten Activation

Karma Casting is seeking a dedicated team to represent the U.S. ARMY at the University of Illinois during Big Ten activations. This high-energy event requires a team of professionals to connect with students and fairgoers, embodying the ARMY brand in a polished and engaging manner.

Event Details:

• Location: Grange Grove / Memorial Stadium, 1402 S. 1st St., Champaign, IL 61820
• Dates: Friday, October 10th & Saturday, October 11th, 2025
• Shifts:
  • Friday, October 10th: 2 PM - 6 PM
  • Saturday, October 11th: 6 AM - 11:30 AM

Team Structure: One (1) Team Lead (TL), four (4) Brand Ambassadors (BAs), and one (1) Backup (BU).

Talent Profile:

• Outgoing, professional, and approachable with strong communication skills.
• Athletic, energetic, and comfortable engaging with large crowds.
• Must present a polished and relatable appearance that aligns with the ARMY’s target audience of prospective recruits.
• No visible tattoos or facial piercings.
• Team Leads must be proactive communicators with prior leadership/supervisory experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Engage and interact with attendees at the ARMY footprint.
• Support check-ins, booth organization, and guest flow.
• Assist with setup, tear down, and maintaining a clean and inviting booth.
• Deliver brand messaging clearly and authentically.
• The Team Lead will manage the onsite team and provide updates to the client.

Uniform Requirements:

• ARMY Polo (provided on-site).
• Black pants and black shoes (talent to provide).

Training: Onsite training will be provided prior to activation, built directly into the shift time.
