Moment Beverage Store Demo

Moment, a line of mood-boosting botanical sodas and teas, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Demo Ambassadors/Merchandisers. Moment beverages are designed to help you reset without caffeine or added sugar, blending adaptogens and botanicals to support calm, clarity, and mood. We are looking for passionate individuals who can embody our brand and effectively promote Moment in retail environments. As an Ambassador, you will collaborate closely with our team, actively participating in in-store retail demos, merchandising, and various in-market events. Our goal is to see Moment on the shelf of every famous retailer.Responsibilities include being aligned with Moment's vision and being intrinsically motivated to make a difference. • Managing in-store demos: Conduct engaging demos at retail locations.
• Educating customers: Provide in-depth product knowledge and share the compelling story behind Moment.
• Merchandising: Secure secondary placements, set up displays, apply IRCs/coupons, and arrange cans properly on shelves.
• Monitoring feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback, while tracking the success of demos and events.
• Representing Moment at retail events: Set up event spaces, showcase products, offer samples to consumers, and facilitate local product drops.

We are looking for candidates who can meet the following requirements:

• Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to develop and leverage relations.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable to new environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to commit 2-8 hours per week.
• Availability to travel and work on weekends.
• Must have access to a car and reliable transportation.

The In-Store Demo Incentive Structure offers $20 per hour for a 2-hour demo with an additional half-hour for merchandising.
