Access Destination Services Event Staff

We are seeking experienced event and transportation professionals to join our team as a Activation, Field or BA Manager. We have immediate openings for part-time W-9 employees in various event and transportation roles. Applicants must reside within a 30-mile radius of the city to be considered for employment. Our flexible work model allows you to sign up for shifts that align with your schedule and skill set. Key responsibilities and roles include:

• Transportation Lead and Base: Assisting with passenger greeting, vehicle loading, and collecting passenger counts.
• Event Staff: On-site management of décor, food and beverage, and overall event flow.
• Large Dining Around Movement: Escorting groups to restaurants and managing the group during dinner.
• Tours and Team Building Activities: Assisting with set-up and accompanying attendees on tours.
• Airport Arrivals/Departures: Meet & greet services and luggage handling.

Access is a nation-wide destination management company expanding in emerging market cities. All staff members are W-9 employees and qualify for workers' compensation. We also provide reimbursement for cell phone usage, parking, and partial mileage. A strong command of the English language is required (fully speak and understand).
