About This Role

We are seeking professional, reliable, and energetic on-call Event Staff | Access to support our corporate programs throughout the year. Staff will assist with guest services, registration, airport and hotel transfers, hospitality desk coverage, dine-arounds, decor/vendor management, and general event support.

Immediate date needs are for October 19-22, but as a busy DMC, more programs are consistently in the works. We are hiring on-call workers, allowing flexibility to sign up for shifts that work with your schedule. We offer a 5-hour minimum pay guarantee, along with reimbursement for parking and mileage (after 40 miles round trip).

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and directing guests with a professional, welcoming attitude
  • Assisting with transportation logistics (airport arrivals/departures, motorcoach loading, etc.)
  • Supporting on-site registration and hospitality desks
  • Providing information and assistance to attendees
  • Assisting with on-site management of vendors for décor, food & beverage
  • Working closely with DMC managers and following program details accurately

Requirements:

  • Previous event or hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance (event attire will be specified)
  • Punctual, dependable, and flexible with job duties
  • Fully speak and understand English
  • Must be local to Naples/Fort Myers and have reliable transportation
  • Knowledge of Event-site Set-Up and Breakdown Labor and Trade Shows
