About This Role

HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire a HP Territory Retail Sales Representative in your area! In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for visiting 1-4 stores per day, adapting to evolving needs.

Our Sales Representative will be pivotal in driving and increasing sales by expertly training retail associates on HP products, fostering excitement and strong brand engagement. As an HP Representative, you will elevate brand awareness and retail presence through strategic store displays, optimal product placement, and by building strong relationships within your territory, ensuring HP is a front-and-center presence in the retail environment.

A typical "Day-in-the-Life" involves:

  • Demonstrating HP products to store management, staff, and customers at retailers within your assigned territory.
  • Increasing sales and product awareness through comprehensive training and engaging, hands-on consumer-facing activities.
  • Achieving and maintaining program KPIs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Building strong rapport with store management and staff at each retailer within your territory.
  • Scheduling and facilitating impactful sales and product trainings.
  • Assessing and communicating needs for marketing material, promotional collateral, and other resources.
  • Assessing customer needs and providing relevant product recommendations.
  • Documenting and reporting sales, schedules, activities, and best practices.
  • Collecting customer feedback and providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Setting and maintaining brand merchandising in retail locations, ensuring adherence to all brand standards.
  • Coaching and mentoring part-time co-workers.
  • Managing a territory of stores independently with minimal oversight.
