Transformer Table, a leading furniture brand renowned for its innovative, space-saving designs, including extendable dining sets and table-to-desks, is seeking dynamic and energetic Brand Ambassadors. We are looking for individuals who can confidently engage shoppers and significantly drive sales through product education and interactive demonstrations during a 10-day in-store roadshow.
This role demands a proactive approach. Brand Ambassadors are expected to do more than simply staff a display; they will actively move throughout the store, initiate conversations, showcase product features, highlight the transformative and versatile nature of our furniture, and effectively communicate how Transformer Tables provide solutions for modern space and lifestyle challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage & Sell: Proactively initiate friendly conversations with shoppers to introduce and showcase Transformer Table’s premium furniture solutions.
- Demonstrate Products: Confidently present product features, transformations, and overall value through engaging live demonstrations (e.g., extending tables, configuring modular setups).
- Educate Customers: Provide comprehensive explanations of product quality, functionality, and pricing to empower customers in making informed purchase decisions.
- Drive Conversions: Generate excitement and expertly guide shoppers through the next steps to successfully close high-value sales.
- Maintain Presentation: Ensure the brand's booth is consistently organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Support Operations: Assist with initial setup, light-duty tear-down, and organization of demonstration kits as needed.

Dates:
- Setup: Thursday, October 16th – 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (plus optional next-day AM setup: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM)
- Roadshow: Friday, October 17th – Sunday, October 26th (10 consecutive days)
Schedule & Shifts (Standard Rhythm):
- Setup: Thursday 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2.5 hrs) + Friday 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM (1.5 hrs)
- Show Days – Friday–Friday (10 consecutive days):
- Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 3:15 PM (≈6.75 hrs)
- Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 8:45 PM (≈5.75 hrs)
- Saturday:
- 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs)
- 1:30 PM – 7:15 PM (5.75 hrs)
- Sunday:
- 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM (5.25 hrs)
- 1:30 PM – 6:15 PM (4.75 hrs)
- Final Teardown: Sunday 6:15 PM – 8:15 PM (2 hrs)
Please note: Store hours may experience slight variations by location. The final schedule will be confirmed prior to each show. Ambassadors are not required to be available for every shift; Karma will staff 2–3 Brand Ambassadors per roadshow to ensure comprehensive shift coverage across all 10 days.
